Runaway Bride

The Hydrangea 'Runaway Bride', is the first Hydrangea with flowers all along its branches, forming lovely wreaths. It was designated plant of the year in 2018 at the Royal Chelsea Flower Show.

The name 'Runaway Bride' comes from the enchantment created on people, seeing it for the first time, and resembling the beauty of a bride.

The flat and white flowers will repeat from June to October. In cool temperatures they may sometimes be slightly pink tinted. In autumn, the deciduous leaves offer bright, orangey red colours, a beautiful contrast with the flowers.

This very floriferous and well ramified plant forms a small compact shrub, remarkable in small gardens, in front of large flowerbeds but also in elegant and decorative pots.
