Read detailed description :

Dense and well branched perennial shrub. It is easy to shape by pruning and resistant to pests. Its divergent, square-sectioned shoots are covered with evergreen leaves of 3-4 cm long. The leaves are silvery grey-green in summer with a downy white underside. The flowering occurs from late winter to early summer and can start as early as winter in mild climates. The large, light blue flowers (white with blue veins) are dark blue in the 'Azureum' variety. It appreciates light and well-drained soils and even dry, poor and calcareous soils. Resistant to sea spray, it likes warm, sheltered northern exposures and very cold weather.
