Read detailed description :

This plant is considered either a very small tree or a very large, erect and spreading shrub. The leaves are shiny, purple-black in full sun, olive-green to bronze in less sun exposed zones. Elegant, pure white flowers with attractive purple-red calyxes appear on the new shoots, in numerous and lightly perfumed drooping bunches. The contrast between the dark leaves and white flowers is amazing. The plant will produce little green drupes in summer. Plant in a light, fresh and well drained soil, with very little chalk.
