Read detailed description :

Very hardy and fast-growing tree with a deeply grooved trunk that bears the broad crown. This is a pioneer plant for poor soils. In fact, it tolerates dry conditions and will grow in any drained soils, even slightly acidic or calcareous as long as they are not too heavy. The branches bear thorns that are especially more significant when the tree is young and the branches vigorous. The foliage is composed of leaflets that are turning golden yellow in autumn. Numerous hanging clusters of melliferous white flowers in spring, followed by brown fruits in pods.
