Read detailed description :

In April-March, flowers in large drooping bunches of 8cm long, a lively light red colour, with a white center. In August blue-black berries appear, attracting birds. Forms a rounded, bushy and erect shrub. The reddish coloured young branches give off a strong perfume of blackcurrant when rubbed. The light green leaves, of 5-10cm long, are rounded with 5, deeply veined, lobes.
