This novel and vigorous variety, grows naturally in a columnar form and is very resistant to mildew and gall. The thick dark green leaves become red in autumn, persisting a long time and are resistant to very cold periods (-30°C and more). Crossbreed of the 'Quercus robur fastigiata' and 'Q. bicolor' varieties.
