Read detailed description :

An improvement of the classical Caucasian type, very resistant to mildew and Shot Hole disease. The well ramified and compact structure has rapid growth. The oval elongated leaves are a beautiful, glossy dark green and vegetation is erect and bushy. The Caucasian Laurel is considered the most rustic of Laurels. White flowers appear in erect clusters of 8-12cm long in April-May. Oval black berries of 8-10mm in diameter, will follow in summer and autumn. If pruned into a hedge, flowers and berries may not appear. A plant valued as a hedge. Avoid any soils that are too chalky.
