Perfect grey-green cone form and very dense. One of the most popular in the dwarf conifer family. Rustic and resistant to pollution. Enhances gardens whether isolated, in rock gardens and flowerbeds, or in symmetrical rows. Discovered by Dr. A Rehder and J.G. Jack, during a botanical journey for the Arnold Arboretum, in the Canadian Rockies near Lake Laggan in Alberta County. Synonym : var. Albertiaina f. conica
