An excellent, vigorous, compact and well ramified Ninebark bearing the darkest of purple leaves to this day. Clusters of white flowers in June-July, followed by red berries. Well adapted for small gardens, the front of flowerbeds and borders, associated with delicate, golden and grey leaved shrubs.
