Read detailed description :

This lovely selection is erect with dark purple-red leaves on the shoots in spring, turning dark green before becoming colourful again with orangey-red in autumn. Little downy brown flowers with red stamens appear in February-March before the leaves, followed by discreet 2-lobed, nut-like fruit. Plant in any well drained soil, not too dry or chalky.
