Read detailed description :

Pyramidal and then rounded shape. Yellow-green flowers in catkins that appear at the same time as the leaves. Its long decorative yellow to cream and brown fruits look like hops from late summer to autumn. The foliage looks like hornbeam foliage and is deeply veined. It tolerates heat and dryness much better that the hornbeam. Therefore it replaces it in Mediterranean areas. It also tolerates pollution.
