Excellent floriferous variety with large spherical bunches of very dark blue flowers. Turns pink in chalky soils. Flowers will turn purpely-green in autumn. Vigorous plant, standing erect with its strong stems. Purple-red leaves in autumn. Synonym : Lake San Marcos.
