Vigorous, can grow to 2m. Flat, large petalled, and generous flowering, end of July to September. Dark blue in acid soils. Synonyms : Blue Sky, Teller Blue, Blue Tit, Armor, Lira. 'Blaumeise' is the German name for a Blue Tit and 'Teller' means 'plate'.
