Vitamin orange coloured flowers in clusters at the end of summer on female plants. Fast-growing shrub with upright and thorny branches. Young silvery-grey shoots. Narrow elongated and greyish green leaves with silvery underside. Hardy plant that appreciates poor and neutral to calcareous soils. It is used for fixing sandhills.
