Exclusively distributed in France by the Pépinières Minier. The flowers are 15cm in diameter and appear in mid-May, staying about 3 weeks. Large, red, strawberry-type fruit then appear. Magnificent autumn colours. A robust and vigorous plant, growing to 3-4m in height and 2m in width. Loves the sun and humus soils, neither too dry or too wet. Interspecific hybrid of the Dogwoods 'cousa var.chinensis' and 'nuttali'.
