Beautiful small, fine and dense evergreen foliage, shiny dark green with bluish underside. Graceful shrub with long, flexible, reddish, semi-drooping branches. Golden yellow flowers in April-May. Excellent as a free or defensive hedge, alone or in groups. Hybrid between B. thunbergii and B. empetrifolia.
