A hardy and robust plant, resistant to pollution. Beautiful light green foliage edged with creamy white, 18 to 22 cm long with 5 lobes. Young leaves tinged with yellow in spring. Any type of soil, even chalky. Can grow over 10 m tall. Interesting tree for small gardens and parks. First distributed by the Drummond family, Stirling (GB), it was first described by Scwherin (D) in 1910.
