Early flowering, often two weeks before the red and pink varieties. Beautiful hanging bunches of pure white flowers in early spring, just before the leaves appear. Forms an erect rounded and bushy shrub. The young red branches will give off a blackcurranty aroma when rubbed, as will the light green and lobed leaves.
