The deep purpely-green leaves are bordered with bands of an intense coppery-red colour. In age the colours will turn an emerald-green with orangey-yellow bands. The two-tone effect is very attractive. Forms a lovely, erect and vigorous tuft, slightly arching at the sides. Plant in a sheltered, well drained soil.
