Read detailed description :

This narrow columnar shrub has lovely colour changing leaves. The shoots are purple in spring, leaves becoming dark green and purple edged in summer, while in autumn they turn an orangey to red yellow. This rustic plant will appreciate a fresh soil and half shade. Without pruning, it may grow to 2.5m in height and 75cm in width in 7 years. This variety of Parrotia can, for the first time, be planted in a container or in small gardens.
