Vigorous suckering shrub with a dense shape and upright branches. Very decorative red branches in winter. Deciduous foliage margined with silvery white and tinged with orange colours in autumn. Superb shrub alone, in group or in front of a hedge. Good association with darker foliages as well as blue or red summery flowering shrubs. Nice shrub for a free hedge with decorative foliage, to be associated with woody shrubs.
