Read detailed description :

Sturdy dense tree, oval peak. Well cut out and beautiful green leaves. A natural hybrid between a red maple and a silver maple. Oliver Freeman was the first to crossbreed these 2 species in 1933 at the National Arboretum in Washington before it was discovered that the hybrid already existed naturally.
